Geoffrey joined IHRB in November 2015 as a Programme Assistant for East Africa.  He will support the Institute's work researching and documenting business and human rights issues in East Africa with a focus on extractives industries.  He will also focus on formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and reporting of programme activities.  

Geoffrey previously worked with the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights on economic, social and cultural rights, with a focus on business and human rights.  Geoffrey also worked in informal settlements coordinating programmes to support people living with HIV/aids.

Geoffrey holds a BA in Sociology and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Community Development.
