Sari Brody of IKEA Group on the UN’s new Corporate LGBT Principles

The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein recently launched the Standards of Conduct for Business on Tackling Discrimination Against Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Intersex People (LGBT Principles).

IHRB's Salil Tripathi, one of the lead authors of the Standards, spoke to Sari Brody, Global Equality and Leadership Development Manager at IKEA Group. In this video interview, they discuss the LGBT Principles and IKEA's work on diversity and inclusion:
