Adiljan Abdurihim is the Coordinator and Data Technician at the Uyghur Transitional Justice Database (UTJD), where he leads the development of innovative technologies and methodologies for documenting and preserving evidence of human rights violations against Uyghurs and other Turkic peoples.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Software Development and a master's degree in Applied Computer Science. Combining his technical expertise with human rights documentation, he has helped develop evidence-based approaches that integrate survivor testimonies, leaked official documents, geospatial analysis, and digital technologies.
Adiljan previously served as Secretary of the Norwegian Uyghur Committee and is one of the founders of the Uyghur Transitional Justice Database. His current work focuses on the application of technology to human rights documentation, corporate human rights due diligence, and accountability for mass atrocities.
