Elisabeth Andvig is an expert in responsible business conduct and business and human rights with extensive experience spanning international organizations, policy development, and investment management. Currently Senior Investment Stewardship Manager at Norges Bank Investment Management, she leads strategic dialogues with portfolio companies on critical ESG issues.

Previously, she served as Child Rights and Business Specialist at UNICEF, Senior Adviser at Norway's National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct, and Senior Adviser at the Council on Ethics for the Norwegian Government Pension Fund Global. She also held positions at the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, Norway's Permanent Mission to the UN, and the World Economic Forum. Elisabeth holds degrees in Political Science and International Politics from Sciences Po, Bordeaux.
