Emma Cowper is Manager of Affected Communities and Resilience for Europe at DP World, where she focuses on strengthening approaches to human rights risk management and community engagement across operations. Her work centres on embedding responsible business practices in a complex operational context. She is currently supporting the early development of human rights due diligence processes in the region. Emma is also a former participant in the IHRB Business and Human Rights course.
