Ezra Christopher
Technical Programme Coordinator, Caribbean Community Climate Change Center
Ezra Christopher is a Technical Coordinator at the Caribbean Community Climate Change Center (CCCCC), where she oversees the implementation of the Small Island Developing States Capacity for Resilience Programme for the Caribbean. She leads a team of embedded project developers that assists seven CARICOM countries in confronting barriers that hinder them from fully accessing climate finance and building resilience to climate change. Before joining the CCCCC, she led the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Unit at Antigua and Barbuda’s Department of Environment—a direct access Accredited Entity to the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and an accredited National Implementing Entity to the Adaptation Fund. She has served as Deputy Coordinator for the department’s Readiness and Enabling Activities Programme, and the secondary focal point to the NDC Partnership. Her work included mainstreaming climate change in national policies, plans, and strategies, and developing bankable projects for submission to bilateral and multilateral financing sources.
