Lenser has over 10 years of experience supporting senior leaders and globally distributed teams across human rights, development, and nonprofit organisations. Her work spans executive coordination, operational systems, project management, and multi-stakeholder engagement, with particular strength in creating structured, efficient ways of working across complex international environments. 

Current Work

As Executive and Organisational Support Coordinator at IHRB, Lenser provides executive support to senior leadership and coordinates a range of cross-organisational operational initiatives. Her role focuses on strengthening internal systems, improving coordination across teams and time zones, and supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of a fully remote global organisation. 

Before IHRB

Before joining IHRB, Lenser worked with organisations including Asylum Access and the Network of African National Human Rights Institutions (NANHRI), where she supported regional programmes, executive leadership, governance processes, and large-scale convenings across Africa and internationally. She holds a Diploma in Project Management from AMREF International University and a Bachelor of Business Studies from Kenyatta University.
