Marte Johnsen Stensrud

Marte Johnsen Stensrud is a Norwegian citizen and has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Norwegian University of Technology and Science (NTNU). She has almost 25 years experience from the oil and gas industry, with large development projects and in various strategy and leadership positions within procurement and supply chain management. Her international experience includes assignments in Russia and Spain. Since 2018, she has been responsible for Equinor’s corporate human rights and social responsibility function, including policy, requirements, training, reporting and disclosure. She participates in several international working groups and initiatives on business and human rights. She is motivated by finding ways to drive change within companies and in collaboration with stakeholders to deliver better outcomes for people.
