Nadia Cicek

Nadia Cicek is a legal and strategic advisor with over a decade of experience in business and human rights, ESG compliance, and sustainability. She has led the design and implementation of human rights and ESG due diligence processes across global supply chains, with expertise in applying frameworks such as the UN Guiding Principles and regulations including the CSDDD and LKSG. Nadia currently serves as Global ESG Legal & Compliance Manager at Arcadis, where she integrates ESG due diligence into procurement practices. Her earlier work at the Social and Economic Council (SER) of the Netherlands saw her facilitate complex multistakeholder negotiations, brokering agreements among governments, corporations, unions, and civil society in the finance sectors. Nadia is known for building consensus in diverse settings, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and embedding sustainability in policy and practice. She holds a Master’s in Human Rights and International Criminal Law from Utrecht University.
