As IHRB’s first in-house Finance Manager, he leads the day-to-day financial and grants management, reporting, and compliance functions, while supporting the operations team in strengthening financial systems, cost recovery frameworks, and budget visibility tools for programme teams.

His career spans roles with international NGOs, consortium partners, auditors, and donor agencies, where he has supported financial governance, cross-regional reporting, and compliance with institutional donor regulations.
