Froydis Cameron-Johansson

Froydis has been involved in the extractives sector for close to 30 years. Froydis completed her degree at Cambridge, before starting her career in government and then joining Shell and after Anglo American. She joined Rio Tinto in late 2023 to head up the group's Health, Safety, Environment and Security. Froydis is also on the Board of NES Fircroft, and an advisory panel member of the Vinnova, the Swedish Governments mining innovation fund.

She is most happy when out in nature with her family. She is a keen open water swimmer and is a qualified basketball and hockey referee.
