An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Rose has over 10 years of experience in programming and management of diverse human rights programs. She worked previously with the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights, the United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL) and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
Rose holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi and Master of Laws in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University Law Center.
