Global Forum for Responsible Recruitment 2026

• Each year IHRB and our partners lead the Global Forum for Responsible Recruitment - a two-day event bringing together migrant workers, business, government, and civil society to accelerate fair, ethical, and responsible recruitment of migrant workers worldwide.
• In 2026, the tenth Global Forum took place on 20 to 21 May in Bangkok and online.
• Through conversations and workshops, speakers discussed how emerging pressures are impacting recruitment systems and migrant workers' access to decent work — from geopolitical instability to industrial shifts and the growing demands of a changing world. For the first time, the Forum gave dedicated space to two critical issues: climate as a responsible recruitment issue, and the rights and needs of migrant workers with disabilities.
